What is Community Impact?
Community Investment & Partnerships
Successful youth, financially stable families and a healthy community are the definitive outcomes for the work we do here at United Way of Atlantic County.
Guided by our Community Needs Assessment along with the expertise and passion of our community volunteers, health & human service professionals and members of county and state governments our community Agenda focuses on programs, projects and initiatives that respond to community needs and issues.
Our Community Needs Assessment, last completed in 2006, provides the foundation for our focus in four core priorities. These priorities are:
- Providing Basic Needs & Independence
- Community Health Issues & Mental Wellness
- Reducing Substance Abuse
- Safer Homes & Neighborhoods.
