Promote Your Campaign!

How to get the word out:

  • In employee publications (newsletters, paycheck stuffers, flyers, etc.)
  • In special displays around the workplace
  • With the use of United way posters and materials
  • Show the campaign video
  • Use goal posters to keep track of progress
  • Consider using incentives to encourage giving (see below)
  • Use special promotional items (pins, mugs, etc.) ordered through the United Way campaign catalog
  • Send a press release to local media to announce your goal and plans for campaign
